Struggling to survive in Battersea

The property development in Battersea means business, big and small. In January, the area experienced a stampede for property at the iconic power station with £600m worth of flats sell out in just four days. Just outside the power station, Richard Duong hopes his pub, The Duchess, will turn into a cash cow, once the new residents move into the area. But he is just about to lose patience.
